On A Wing And A Prayer Art Installation

Come and see our unique multimedia art installation, On A Wing And A Prayer, on permanent display at St Peter's, Wintringham, N Yorkshire following a successful tour in which it was viewed by more than 2,500 people.

Bats in Churches commissioned artist/photographer Ilene Sterns to create this atmospheric artwork celebrating the long-standing relationship between bats and churches.

Ilene has created a stunning multimedia installation accompanied by the sounds of the bats within the church, slowed down to be audible to the human ear.
