Davidstow, St David’s
The Church
St David’s Davidstow is a beautiful and imposing C19 church built over an earlier C12 church. It stands isolated, but on a busy road.
The large, sloping graveyard contains superb gravestones and there is a holy well in a field nearby.
The Bats
The church shelters a small number of brown long-eared and pipistrelle bats.
